Artichoke Dip
This Hot Artichoke Dip is a recipe I’ve been making for over 25 years, and it could not be easier. It’s warm, creamy, and always one of the first dishes to disappear at a holiday party. There are so many versions of artichoke dip out there, but this one keeps things simple. A few pantry ingredients, one bowl, and about 20 minutes in the oven is all it takes.
INGREDIENTS
2 jars or cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 to 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce (Tabasco or Red Hot)
Pita chips, for serving
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix again until everything is evenly combined.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or pie plate and spread evenly.
Step 5: Bake for about 20 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbling, and lightly browned around the edges.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and serve warm with pita chips.
