Lori's Decadent Party Cheese Dip

My cousin Lori shared the best dip recipe for festive gatherings. The creamy flavor is complemented by salty, crispy bacon goodness. It’s a beautiful addition to any cheese board and adds an element of fun to otherwise predictable appetizer spreads.

1 bar of cracker barrel reserve New York cheddar (or any other kind you have on hand)

1 small package sliced almonds

1 bunch of green onions

1 cup Hellmann's mayo

1 jar Hormel real bacon bits

Step 1: Grate the cheese.

Step 2: Chop the onions and mix all ingredients until well combined.

Step 3: Shape into a ball and serve alongside your favorite crackers. 

RUTH’S PRO-TIP:

Instead of forming the mixture into a ball, I sometimes like to spoon it into a mason jar alongside my favorite cheeses on a charcuterie board.
