Bam Bam Chicken Wrap
This is one of those recipes you keep coming back to. It’s quick, simple, and something the whole family will love.
A friend shared this with me, and the first time I made it, I knew it was a keeper. It’s perfect for busy nights, easy to pack on the go, and full of flavor with just a handful of ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha
3–4 cups cooked breaded chicken tenders, chopped
2 cups coleslaw or broccoli slaw
4–6 large flour tortillas
2–3 tablespoons butter
Step 1: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
Step 2: Reserve a small portion of the sauce for dipping.
Step 3: Chop cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4: Toss the chicken with the remaining sauce until fully coated.
Step 5: Lay out a tortilla and add a scoop of chicken and a handful of slaw.
Step 6: Roll tightly like a burrito.
Step 7: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 8: Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden and slightly crisp, turning as needed.
Step 9: Slice and serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
