Mediterranean Layered Dip

When it comes to game day or hosting friends, I love serving recipes that are simple to put together but still look and taste special. This Mediterranean Dip checks all the boxes — it’s colorful, healthy, and comes together in just minutes.

INGREDIENTS

1 container of hummus (I love roasted garlic, but any variety works)

3–4 tablespoons basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup sliced olives (black or Kalamata)

Step 1: Spread hummus evenly on a serving platter with a slight lip.

Step 2: Add pesto: Spoon pesto on top of the hummus and gently spread.

Step 3: Prep the cucumber: Peel, seed, and dice the cucumber to avoid excess water, then scatter over the top.

Step 4: Top with color: Sprinkle on sun-dried tomatoes, then crumbled feta.

Step 5: Finish with olives: Add sliced olives for a final pop of flavor.

Step 6: Serve: Pair with pita chips or fresh vegetables like carrots, peppers, or celery.
