INGREDIENTS

1 bag Rhodes frozen dinner rolls (thawed and risen)

1 lb ground sausage, cooked and drained

1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 cups)

1 bag shredded Mexican blend cheese (about 2 cups)

1 stick butter

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Roll out the thawed dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, pressing out air bubbles as you go.

Step 3: Cook the sausage and drain well, blotting with paper towels to remove excess grease.

Step 4: Spread the sausage down the center of the dough.

Step 5: Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and Mexican blend cheese evenly over the sausage.

Step 6: Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges and tucking the ends underneath.

Step 7: Transfer the loaf to a baking sheet and gently shape evenly.

Step 8: Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 9: Remove from oven and immediately rub butter over the top for flavor and shine.

Step 10: Slice and serve warm.
